77 Sinking Street

It was being built as a public library in a poor neighborhood before the Fall wrenched it far out of place and into Veilgarden. Now, it has been finished as a grand house-library of sorts. The Fall and construction bankrupted the original owners. The address is a joke. Sinking Street is little more than a connecting street created by the Fall, and the few neighboring houses have been destroyed by fire and stalactite, the land bought into the property as a garden or turned into parks. Across the street is an expanse marred by jagged stalagmites. But there's a 77 on the building, isn't there?
